Then I infuse each mini cake with a buttery rum syrup while they're hot and fresh from the oven. The result is a moist and tender cake that goes equally well with your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Oh, and if you're worried about being healthy remember, these cakes contain fruit. 😉

Each Rum Raisin Mini Cake measures 3.5" x 2.5" and serves one person. Get them to share.
