HOW LONG WILL MY CAKE STAY FRESH ONCE I RECEIVE IT?

Your cake will stay fresh for seven days without refrigeration. I recommend keeping it in an airtight container to keep it moist. It will last even longer if you keep it in the fridge or freeze it. Just let it come to room temperature before eating for the best flavor.

DO YOU have any vegan or gluten-free cakes?

Patsy’s Rum Cake is primarily an online business at this point. I also sell my cake at local NYC pop-ups and farmers markets where you are welcome to stop by. Sign up for my emails or follow me on Instagram to be notified when I’ll be at a market or pop-up in your neighborhood.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

I bake all my cakes from my home kitchen in Brooklyn, NY.

HOW DO I PLACE A LARGE ORDER for my event?

Please email me at hello@patsysrumcake.com or fill out the form on the Contact page. Include the date of your event and the number, flavors and sizes of the cakes that you want to order along with any questions you have. I will reply to your email within 24 hours. Please note: A deposit is required for all large orders.

CAN I BUY YOUR CAKE ANYWHERE ELSE?

Right now Patsy’s Rum Cake is only sold online at this website and at various events such as farmers markets and pop-ups. My cake will soon be available at select coffee shops and your favorite Caribbean restaurants in the NYC area.
